City and Suburb Courier Deliveries (Warsaw)

The OCS City Service is a local system for distribution of envelopes, packages and pallets, realized within the borders of Warsaw and its suburbs, utilizing various means of transportation, such as passenger cars, transport cars and lorries, depending on sizes and weight of deliveries entrusted to us for distribution.
Below we present solutions for logistics of distribution of envelopes, packages and local pallets realized by OCS within the city limits and suburbs, along with pricing and characteristics of services offered.
The OCS city delivery division is a demanding area of logistics and knowledge of city topography, characterized with a very short time of service. Dispatchers and couriers work very closely through GPS navigation system, where the location of the courier is exactly marked in a crowded city such as Warsaw. This allows for constant search of ways to realize the service on time. The whole OCS fleet is armed with GPS, which allows to instantly inform the client where the courier is and give the estimated time of arrival.

Packaging
Deliveries have to be properly packaged, secured and ready for transport. This makes it much easier for us to deliver them on time and without damage. OCS accepts only properly packaged and secured deliveries.
To this aim, the OCS network offers free packaging materials:
– For deliveries with documents only – carton courier envelopes (KOP), A4 format,
– For document deliveries (DOX) , plastic self-sticking company envelopes, A4 or A3 format,
– For package deliveries (SPS), standard carton box, with dimensions: 35x29x19 cm and 46x31x23 cm.
Additionally, the OCS network offers sending deliveries with non-standard dimensions and weight over 32 kg, “SUMO” type, specialist deliveries in dry ice, requiring “Thermo Box” packaging – read more on that subject in dry ice deliveries section.
OCS is ready to insure the packaging for the above deliveries, for an extra fee, as well as provide packaging for services in controlled temperature, along with temperature controller. Fuel fee
OCS reserves the right to implement periodical fees connected to increases in transport costs (fuel prices). The determined fees will be obligatory for OCS clients from the day of their posting on the www.kurier.rcs.com.pl website.

Mon – Fri 8:00 – 18:00
Form of payment:
We offer our clients a contract, allowing for regulation of dues in total, for the whole agreed accounting period.
